Precision Double-Layer Film Lamination Process

This high-quality metal dome film array utilizes a precision double-layer film lamination process. Its structural feature is the integration of a special spacer layer beneath a protective cover film (such as Mylar® material). This critical spacer layer design provides a tight physical barrier for the internal metal domes, effectively blocking the intrusion of environmental dust particles and significantly slowing down the oxidation process of metal components.
